30 years in advertising and marketing, predominantly on car accounts, I realised that communication and coaching was a core strength of mine, developing and coaching staff to see their potential.  It seemed the right step, my love of driving and all things cars, and my love of coaching people in a style comfortable to them, to allow them to see their potential.
